The proposed off-dock ICDs/CFSs Integration Program comprise: (1) Relocating all container processing activities from marine yard to CFSs. (2) Simplifying of transfers between marine yard and CFS, and (3) CFSs enhancing facilities and technical competency to handle increased transfers from marine yard and to service clients.
