Construction of the South Africa section of the 320 km / 400 kV South Africa to Zimbabwe transmission interconnector. 935 km of 400 kV transmission line across three countries
The project will establish a second transmission interconnector between South Africa and Zimbabwe, enhancing the wheeling capacity of the Central Transmission Corridor by 1500 MW. The South African section stretches from Ellisras to the Zimbabwe border.
